Every locate response, for every job, in one place.
DigReady reads your Ontario locate emails and files each response under the right ticket and owner. You see what's still missing and what's about to expire. Your crew gets the paperwork on their phones.

How it works
-
Send it your locate emails
Each company gets its own DigReady email address. Forward confirmations and responses to it, or add it as a contact on your requests so they arrive on their own.
-
It sorts them
The confirmation tells DigReady which owners were notified. Each response that comes in is matched to its ticket and owner, with the PDFs, photos and map files kept together.
-
You check what it isn't sure of
Scanned sheets, unfamiliar formats and anything that doesn't match go to a short review list. You accept, correct or reject each one, and every change is logged.
-
Your crew opens it on site
Field users see only the jobs they're assigned to, with every response, a map of the dig area and their own position. They can download the whole package as one file.
One email each morning
Instead of searching your inbox, you get a short list of what changed overnight, which responses are late, and which locates expire soon. You decide how many days of warning you want.

What it won't do
- It won't tell you it's safe to dig.
- Having every response on file isn't the same as knowing what's in the ground. Private lines aren't covered by public locates, and the marks on site still count. DigReady keeps the paperwork in order. Your crew still has to read it.
- It doesn't request locates.
- You still file requests with Ontario Dig Authority the way you do now. DigReady picks up from the emails that come back.
- It doesn't guess quietly.
- If it can't read something with confidence, a person decides. Nothing it reads from a scan or photo is filed without someone accepting it.
Who's building this
I'm Joe Crozier. I've been building software since 2011, including a few years at Snapchat. DigReady is new and I'm working on it myself.
I'm looking for a few Ontario contractors who juggle locates every week to try it on real tickets and tell me where it falls short. If that's you, or the person in your office who chases utility responses, send me a note.
